There’s no need to rush to blog those posts like your life counts on it.
Everyone has their own pace. But often, (working) life likes to impose their set of pacing on us and most of the people are so kind to answer to life’s call. And sometimes, to keep up to the pacing, we might do the unspeakable… like dumping more coffee or junk food into our body. Some of us might even accidentally trample over a few people because we didn’t noticed when they had timed out and littered themselves unintentionally on our path.
When you feel pressured into a long run, just remember again that everyone has their own pacing. Be like the free spirited runner who can enjoy the marathon with his own pacing and not being pressured by the overtaking of others. Only speed up when you need to, and in most other times, definitely learn to speed down to normal running pace…YOUR running pace. After all, no medal of honor will be given at the end of the run. So at least, your body will love you more.
From today on, this blog will no longer be chasing blog posts counts. Just gonna enjoy posting along the way and doing it at our pace 🙂
